Welcome to the National Workplace Strategy Video Case Studies and Discussion Forum page.
Over the years, we have profiled in print a great number of Irish organisations, in both the public and private sectors, that have discovered the benefits of workplace partnership as a means of promoting innovation, driving productivity and creating a better quality of working life for all.
We have now taken our traditional case-study approach to a new level, and are pleased to present two new Video Case Studies which tell the real-life workplace story of two of Ireland’s most innovative organisations, Medtronic Ireland and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Each one runs for between three and four minutes, and tells a truly inspiring story of the practical benefits these organisations have generated by facilitating greater levels of employee involvement and engagement in their workplaces.
